Yep, we had hail.  It started slow with a faint noise on the roof, then got very loud!

It continued for quite awhile and left a layer of ice all over the ground and covering the rooftops.

We played and enjoyed it, then it got too cold so we came back in.

(Actually Chuck played and I watched.  I'm no dummy, it was way too cold)

The ground was still covered the next morning.  Very odd for this area of the country.

The dogs didn't like it and stayed inside as much as possible.

It just started coming down here.

Chuck was so excited and wanted you to see our first Santa Barbara snowball!
